20-year-old Pakistani sepoy martyred as Indian Army resorts to unprovoked firing at LoC


Rawalpindi: On Tuesday, a 20-year-old Pakistani sepoy embraced martyrdom as the Indian Army resorts to unprovoked firing at the Line of Control (LoC).

The announcement was made by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) here on Tuesday.

According to the ISPR, the Pakistan army has very effectively responded to the Indian Army after it “resorted to unprovoked fire in Shahkot Sector along LOC with heavy weapons”.

A statement from ISPR reads as, “Pakistan Army responded effectively targeting those post which initiated fire, inflicted heavy losses on enemy in terms of men and material.”

It further added, “During the exchange of fire, one brave soldier Sepoy Wajid Ali, age 20 years, resident of District Dadu, valiantly responding to Indian ceasefire violation embraced Shahadat.”
