According to the recent media sources, Aga Khan University has taken a very effective part in serving humanity after it launched a new Android app for coronavirus screening.

It was primarily introduced for those who do not want to go to the hospitals while fearing from coronavirus.

With the help of this app, these people have no need to go to the hospital to check for coronavirus. Rather they can check themselves from this app.

The newly launched app is called “CoronaCheck”.

It is pertinent to note that the app is jointly launched by AKU and its teaching hospital.

The news was informed by the official twitter account of the Agha Khan University on Wednesday,

“A new app means that you don’t need to visit the hospital to screen yourself for the coronavirus. CoronaCheck, an Android app jointly launched by AKU and its teaching hospital, is helping users to safely and easily assess their symptoms from home,” reads the twitter post.


It is worth noticing that coronavirus cases are increasing day after day in the country. On Wednesday, Pakistan has reported more than 4,000 confirmed coronavirus cases.

While for today, the confirmed cases have surged to 4350 while the death toll rises to 63 in the country.
