Ali Imran the young emerging all-rounder expressed his keenness to transcend to a higher level.
In an interview, Ali said that whilst playing under the floodlights, he learnt a lot and that he enjoyed the Ramzan Cup cricket matches.
He said that he was guided by senior cricketers like Kamran Akmal in his first visit to Karachi.
Ali stated his excitement to play in England for the national team. He said that he needs the experience of English conditions which will enable him to explore his bowling & batting skills.
He added that he is aware of the huge task to fulfill the void which was left by Azhar Mehmood & Abdul Razzaq; and that he is referred to as Abdul Razzaq.
According to his opinion the appointment of the PCB’s new young Managing Director, young players will have better chances to play cricket for the national team.
Ali mentioned that the MD will be signing agreements for an exchanging programme for both players & coaches with English countries.
He added that after playing an abundance of one-day cricket, whilst achieving good results in it, he wants to validate himself as a complete batsman.
Ali Imran gave the praise for his achievements to his father and older brother, respectively Ch Ajmal Sabir and Engr Hassan Irtza Chaudry, who
played a principal role in his budding cricket career.
