After the Christchurch Mosques mass shooting, the NZ PM expressed great empathy towards the bereaved families of the victims. Her gesture of empathy, wearing a headscarf to show solidarity with the Muslims, is celebrated throughout the world.
The way she has handled the grim situation by uniting her nation to firmly stand against terrorism is certainly remarkable. Following the two minutes of silence that whole NZ community observed to show solidarity and mark one week to the Christchurch incident, Burj Khalifa in Dubai was lit up with the picture of NZ PM showing her great concerns for the Muslims.
