The coronavirus death toll has surged to 52 when five more deaths were recorded in the country on late Monday night.
Currently, 51 new cases of the coronavirus are being reported in the Sindh. With this effect, the total number of cases has surged to 932.
The Sindh government’s spokesperson Senator Murtaza Wahab has informed the masses that the province has recorded two more deaths, and that total number of deaths in Sindh are now 17.
“In the last 24 hours, 130 people have recovered from coronavirus in Sindh,” he added.

Punjab has been the worst target of the virus within the couple of days. It has recorded more than 100 new cases in a day while making the total number to 1,684.
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has recorded 405 new coronavirus cases while Balochistan has reported 192 new cases of the virus.
Islamabad has reported 82 new cases so far while Gilgit-Baltistan remains constant with 210 cases. No new cases were reported in the region.
New case reported in AJK
Azad Jammu and Kashmir has reported 15 new coronavirus cases.
The news about the new cases was being informed by the Azad Jammu and Kashmir’s health minister on Monday.
28 prisoners infected at Lahore jail
The deputy inspector general for jails has announced earlier in the day that 28 prisoners have been tested positive for COVID-19.
Sources revealed that these 28 prisoners have been tested positive for COVID-19 at Lahore’s Camp Jail.
He further cleared that total 400 prisoners have been placed in quarantine.
