ISLAMABAD – The Religious Affairs & Interfaith Harmony Ministry requested the 7,300 successful Hajj pilgrims under 2nd balloting of the government Hajj scheme to pay their dues into their bank accounts by 14 June 2019.
As per Radio Pakistan, intending pilgrims, failing to pay their dues by this deadline may lose their bunk for their Hajj travel.
Authentic sources reported that the ministry will soon refund Hajj pilgrims of the Government Scheme with the substantial amount saved from catering, accommodation, etc. without jeopardizing standards.
This year Hajj will be performed by 200,000 Pakistani’s of which 117,000 pilgrims are via the Government Scheme, whilst 83,000 are are via the private scheme.
Nationwide Hajj training programs will be resumed by the Religious Affairs & Interfaith Harmony Ministry for intending Hajj pilgrims under the Government Hajj Scheme. These programs will start from the 2nd week of June until the intending pilgrims depart for Hajj.
The training programs would be conducted assisted by charts, modules, sketches, maps, television & lectures. Intending pilgrims will be enabled to execute Hajj rituals according to the doctrines of Hazrat Muhammad, the Holy Prophet (PBUH).
