Eid-ul-Fitr is an Islamic festival observed every year on the 1st of Shawal. This occasion is of high importance among Muslims across the world. Being always known as a festival of sharing joys and happiness together, Eid-ul-Fitr has its own charms and excitement.

Eid-ul-Fitr is a gift from the Almighty as a result of fasting in the sacred month of Ramazan. The entire Muslim Ummah is busy is enjoying God’s blisses and preparing for Eid-ul-Fitr. Women across the country started preparing beautiful dresses for their kids from the very beginning of the Ramazan.

People have always been seen sharing joys and laughter together. There are decorated houses and streets on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr.

However, in 2020, as we are all quarantined, amid the coronavirus outbreak, nobody knows how our Eid for this year will be. The preparations that took place almost a month ago are now at standstill owing to the unavailability of the basic stuff. the economy of the entire world is collapsing.

All the biggest markets and shops across the country are closed and there is nothing to get excited for. People are dying out of hunger because daily wagers have nothing to do amid coronavirus lockdown. People who are suffering in hospitals are the least chances of recovery and their loved ones cannot do anything but to pray for them.

The Coronavirus pandemic has badly affected more than 200 countries across the world. Starting from Wuhan, this virus has now so far entered in 200 countries. A huge number of people are reported to be dying out of this virus across the world.

People across the world are seeking different measures to prevent its spread but these are of no use. A large number of poeple are falling its prey on a daily basis. Among many other countries, Pakistan is also experiencing newer and newer cases each day.

The entire Muslim Umah is seeking forgiveness from the Almighty during the holy month of Ramazan. In the opinion of the religious scholars, it is due to God’s anger that now the entire universe is facing such a crisis. Even the superpowers of the world are helpless before it. It has shown that superpower is only the Almighty who has everything in control.

Under these difficult hours, people have no idea what this Eid will bring for them. However, everybody is quite hopeful that Allah Almighty will save us from this deadly virus for the sake of the holy month of Ramazan. Eid-ul-Fitr, that is considered a source of happiness and sharing God’s blisses, will be spent in sorrow and discomfort.

We can only pray to the Almighty to save the entire world from Coronavirus so that the Eid-ul-Fitr happiness could be returned.

In Pakistan, Eid-ul-Fitr is expected to be observed on 24th May that will be on Sunday
