Islamabad: Prime Minister Imran Khan is all set to take notice of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI-F) Chief Fazlur Rehman’s Azadi March.

According to the recent sources, the PMLN workers who are unwilling to join Fazl’s sit-in in Islamabad have recently visited Prime Minister and the Punjab chief minister.

On the other hand, Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Information and Broadcasting Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan has referred to him as the one who is running after a plate of “Halwa”. According to her, Maulana has nothing to do with Islam or other issues regarding this.

She added that “Today some people sitting in jail are anxious. Prime Minister Imran Khan had promised to send the looters to the place where they belong. Some people are already there and others are on their way.”

While Minister of Science and Technology Fawad Chaudhry has also criticized the Azaadi March.

Moreover, the Minister for Railways Sheikh Rashid Ahmad is also of the same view. According to him, Maulana Fazlur Rehman has “trapped himself in a blind alley”.
