Indian forces open fire across LoC: Soldier martyred, civilians injured


Rawalpindi: The “unprovoked” firing from the Indian forces near the Line of Control (LoC) was reported by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) here on Thursday.

It further declared that a Pakistani soldier has been martyred and several civilians are injured as a result of the firing by the Indian Army across LoC in Baroh and Chirikot sectors.

As per the details shared by the ISPR, Sepoy Naimat Wali has embraced shahadat. Moreover, two women were also injured who belong to the Serian village.

It went on saying that “Pakistan Army troops targeted Indian Army posts in response. Post substantially damaged. Reports of casualties to Indian troops.”
