Pakistani government has decided to provide consular access to a person who has been charged against the espionage as well as terrorism. Kalbushan Jadhav can now share his views with the Indian consular. Dr. Faisal told this via twitter tweet on Sunday.
“Indian Consular access for spy Commander Jadhav, who is a serving Indian naval officer, and in fact, RAW operative is being provided on Monday, September 2, 2019, and it is in accordance with Vienna Convention which defines the Consular relations, ICJ judgment as well as the laws of Pakistan,” he wrote.

Remember that, the International Court of Justice ordered to give consular access to Indian spy, however there was no order to release him. So, that’s why Indian government claimed this decision in their own benefit and Pakistani government took it as their own win. The time will decide what will be the consequences of that decision.
Pakistan is trying to abide by the rules of Vienna Convention while on other hand India is killing the rights of thousands of Kashmiris. India wants full justice and his rights ‘protection but it is not willing to exercise the UN charter of basic human rights. Pakistan should raise this issue on international Level.
