‘Go Nawaz Go’ PML-N’s Uzma chants in slip of tongue


Lahore: During a protest outside the Punjab Assembly against the incumbent PTI government, Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) lawmaker has chanted ‘Go Nawaz Go’ in a slip of tongue.

As per the details, the woman MPA Uzma Bokhari has to chant ‘Go Imran Go’ which she has accidentally spoken as ‘Go Nawaz Go’.

After realizing her mistake, she stopped quickly and started laughing for what she has said. Her fellow party workers kept on saying ‘Go Imran Go’.

The leader of opposition in Punjab Assembly, Hamza Shahbaz, was also present during the protest.

‘Go Nawaz Go’ was a political slogan which was popularized during the Azadi March and Inqilab March protests against former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, led by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and Pakistan Awami Tehrik (PAT), respectively.
