It is anticipated that the Gwadar International Airport will become operational in 2025.

The people in charge of Pakistan’s airports think Gwadar International Airport will start working in 2025.

They recently said that Gwadar International Airport has been given a “global aerodrome category C” certification for the next two years. This means the airport is good for planes to land in different types of weather.

The officials also talked about putting in a new system at the airport to help big planes like Airbus A320 and Boeing 737 land safely.

Last December, another flight plan was created for Gwadar Airport covering three months. The timetable indicated that flights would work three days every week (Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday) from December 1 to February 28, 2024. For flights excluded from the timetable, the air terminal required a 24-hour early notification before they landed.
