Land dispute in Gulshan-e-Maymar resulted in the death of Three

The vicinity of Gulshan-e-Maymar has become a battleground on Monday after a clash erupted between two families over three acres of land near Northern Bypass.

There was cross firing between the two groups which have been identified as Aslam Abro’s group and Shahab’s group.

It is being reported that the land dispute resulted in the death of three people while two people sustained injuries.

The deceased and injured ones have been taken to the nearby hospital where doctors confirmed the death of three of them while the other two were in critical condition.

The SHO of the vicinity informed that the deceased ones belong to the group of Shahab.

The firing between the two groups lasts for almost an hour. After that police, rangers and security forces investigated the crime scene. They have examined the nature of the dispute and started collected evidence.

The deceased persons were later identified as Muhammad Asif, the son of Haji, Shah Agha, son of Astana Gul, and Daulat Khan, son of Muhammad Hashim. While the injured ones were identified as Hakim, son of Ragib, and Ibrahim.

The statements of the witnesses have been recorded, SHO added. Further investigations are under process.
