Islamabad: Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Health Dr. Zafar Mirza has announced a good news among the masses about the recovery of most of the patients suffering from COVID 19.
On Monday, he said that “There are chances of more coronavirus patients recovering in the coming days.”
He also informed the nation that fewer cases have been reported in the country in the last 24 hours. Pakistan has only reported 99 positive cases that are fewer when compared to the previous ratio.
While addressing a media conference that was also attended by SAPM on National Security Dr. Moeed Yusuf and National Disaster Management Authority Chairman Lt Gen Mohammad Afzal, Dr. Mirza said,
“In the coming days, there will be an increase in the number of recovered people.”
He said that coronavirus has only taken 28 lives across the country adding that more people are recovering from this disease.
He noted, “In hospitals, out of 783 cases, 773 are improving and expected to get well soon. Only 10 patients are in a critical condition.”
It is pertinent to note that the total number of positive cases across the country has surged to 1700.
People have been advised time and again by the authorities to stay homes and save the lives of their loved ones. If the nation will support government in its fight against coronavirus, then soon we will be able to defeat it.
