Since the dominant role as a streaming service by Netflix, many other names came forward in the market in the past few years like Prime Video by Amazon and HBO Now. Disney is one of the biggest names in film making industry and few months’ back Disney revealed that they will be launching streaming service by the name of Disney+ but recently Disney came up with another big news.
Disney is using direct to consumer strategy and to give full competition to Netflix and Prime Video. In his briefing by Chairman, Kevin Mayer revealed that they will offer access to premium content of three different platforms Disney+, ESPN+, and Hulu in a single paid subscription. The prices are very appealing and the subscription offers multiple genre Movies and TV streaming at an economical cost.
If we subscribe to these different platforms at the same time they will definitely cost a lot but the question is how Disney will manage such low cost but still they will attract more customers. Disney recently acquired Hulu and 21st Century Fox assets to initiate a major business transition. After this whole new addition consumers will also be able to enjoy Disney Classics and all Marvel titles in a single straight forward subscription. Hulu became more popular after its original title release Handmaid’s Tale.
