OIC strongly condemned the use of cluster ammunitions by Indian Forces

Islamabad: Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) has strongly condemned the use of cluster ammunitions by the Indian Forces in Indian Occupied Kashmir (IoK) here on Sunday.

The statement issued by OIC declared that “OIC is deeply concerned about the deteriorating situation in the Indian occupied Kashmir including reports of deployment of additional paramilitary forces and use of banned cluster ammunition by the Indian forces to target civilians.”

Pakistan foreign minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi has issued a statement in which he has requested the OIC to seriously ponder over Indian forces violating rules.

The General Secretariat of OIC has expressed deep solidarity and concerns for the people living in Indian occupied Kashmir.

The Organization of Islamic Cooperation sympathized with the people of IoK.

“The General Secretariat is saddened to learn about the civilian casualties resulting from ceasefire violations carried out by Indian forces across the Line of Control and expresses solidarity with the people of Indian occupied Kashmir,” the statement reads.

It is pertinent to note that the OIC has requested the international community to raise their voice against the Indian cruelty in IoK. They must raise their voices to bring peace and prosperity in the region particularly in Indian occupied Kashmir.
