Line of Control (LoC)

Pakistan Army has effectively responded to the Indian forces’ unprovoked firing across the Line of Control (LoC) here on Sunday.

The Indian forces’ unprovoked firing at the Pakistani check posts near Rakhchikri, Rawalakot sectors was informed by a tweet from the DG ISPR. As a result of the firing, two Pakistani soldiers were severely injured.

DG ISPR tweets

DG ISPR’s tweet reads as “Indian Army’s unprovoked firing in Rakhchikri, Rawalakot Sector along LOC. Mortor rounds fired on Pakistani Post. Indian fire effectively responded. During exchange of fire two officers of Pakistan Army got injured.”

It is pertinent to note that the relationship between Pakistan and India becomes worst after the Pulwama attack back in February.

Moreover, the Indian government has scrapped the article 370 from its constitution with human rights violations in the occupied region. The curfew in the Indian held Kashmir has reached its 118th day and the international media is quiet without taking any notice against it.
