According to the recent sources, the total number of confirmed coronavirus cases has surged to 2000.
On Wednesday morning, Pakistan has reported more than 2000 confirmed cases. The number of deaths that occurred across the country is 26 right now.
Sindh has reported 679 cases so far. Punjab has 708 cases, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has 253, Balochistan has 158, Islamabad reported 58 cases, while Gilgit-Baltistan has 178 and Azad Jammu and Kashmir has 6 confirm cases.
Sources also revealed that the recently reported cases are from those who have attended the religious congregations.
Hyderabad has reported 128 cases out of which 94 are from the Tableeghi Jamaat. According to a health department spokesperson people need to be very careful and act responsibly towards this disease.

Punjab’s tally
Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar has confirmed on Tuesday that Punjab had reported 50 new cases.
With this effect the total cases in Punjab have surged to 708.
In a tweet, he said: “Confirmed #COVID19 patients in Punjab are 708, out of which 337 are in DGK, Multan, Raiwind & FSD quarantines.”
