Karachi: COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa has addressed a large community of the youth living in Sindh on Tuesday. He explained that “Pakistan’s future is linked with democracy.”
He has recalled the time when Karachi was considered a terrorists’ land. There was fear all around. Nobody was safe. However, the Pakistan Army has very brilliantly cleared the city.
“We have freed Karachi from terrorists.”
Moreover, he has also highlighted two important reasons owing to which the evil of terrorism could be wiped out from the country. For the successful armed forces “[Firstly], our mothers give birth to children who are prepared to sacrifice their lives. They are willing to give their blood when asked for sweat. And then there is a principle in the army that officers never ask soldiers to ‘advance’ they ask them to follow.”
He has also appreciated the efforts and sacrifices of the youth for their homeland, particularly the jawans of Sindh. He further mentioned the importance of Sindh in achieving Pakistan.
He encouraged and appreciated the jawans after saying that “They are immensely hardworking. They are extremely loyal.”

Youth plays an essential and vital part in the development of Pakistan. The contribution of youth is one of the crucial elements.
Through hard work, they can make their country proud.
“If we want to take Pakistan forward it would be possible only though merit. There is no alternative to hard work,” he mentioned.
He went on saying that “Only youth can bring change and revolution in the world.”
Furthermore, he stated that there is no greater power than humanity on this planet and we must observe and experience this.
“Moral authority is mightier than military prowess.”
