PM Imran Khan’s meeting with Turkish President Erdogan

New York: Prime Minister Imran Khan is on his official visit to the US in order to attend the 74th session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York.

On Monday, his meeting with the Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan proved quite beneficial not only for Pakistan but also for the people living in Indian Held Kashmir (IHK).

On Monday, the two leaders discussed in details the current situation of the Indian Occupied Kashmir. The lockdown in Kashmir has reached its 50th day. Life is freeze in the occupied region. People are starving to death. Schools are closed and there are no internet or communication facilities.

Apart from the Kashmir issue, the leaders discussed mutual cooperation and opened new ways in order to strengthen bilateral ties. The matters regarding the mutual interests were also discussed at length.

It has been revealed that Pm Imran Khan will further encourage meetings with the Turkish President to ensure their mutual interests.

It is pertinent to note that PM Imran Khan’s US visit is purely Kashmir-centric. While talking to the different world leaders, he has raised the Kashmir issue at the highest level.

He requested the International community to take action against the Modi-oriented government which is violating basic human rights in Kashmir and playing with their lives. This has to stop now as it is not just a matter between Pakistan and India but also among the entire world.
