Islamabad: On Sunday, Prime Minister Imran Khan has urged the world community, particularly women, to raise voice against Indian atrocities in the occupied Kashmir.

On the Kashmir Women Resistance Day, PM Imran Khan has urged the women across the world to become the voice of the resilient Kashmiri women to bring peace in the Indian Occupied Kashmir (IOK).

On his twitter handle, PM Imran Khan mentioned how Indian forces were ruling the occupied region for the last 7 decades. Indian armed forces were also seen oppressing the women of Kashmir.

Moreover, the curfew that was being imposed in Indian occupied Kashmir on August 05, 2019, has added more miseries and sufferings in the lives of poor women of the region.

PM Imran Khan took to his Twitter handle and wrote, “Today is Kashmir Women Resistance Day. For 7 decades, Indian forces have committed war crimes against women in IOK. Their sufferings have multiplied after 5 Aug siege by Modi govt.

Voice of resilient Kashmiri women

He went on urging the world to stand out for Kashmir and its women. He further wrote, “I urge world community, esp. women, to become the voice of resilient Kashmiri women for peace in IOK.”
