Prices for petroleum products won’t change until January 31:Dar

For the upcoming two weeks, through January 31, the federal government has decided to keep petroleum product prices at their current levels.

The decision was announced by Finance Minister Ishaq Dar in a press conference on Sunday.

The price of all petroleum products was lowered by the federal government during the most recent biweekly review. High-speed diesel (HSD) was discounted by 7.50 rupees per litre, while the cost of gasoline was reduced by 10 rupees per litre.

Additionally, the price of kerosene and light diesel oil (LDO) have been reduced by Rs. 10 per litre by the government. While the cost of HSD would increase to Rs. 227.80 per litre, the cost of gasoline will stay at Rs. 214.80.
