Islamabad: Prime Minister Imran Khan has assured his nation about the end of poverty and price hike in the coming years.
The Pakistan government has launched ‘Digital Pakistan’ which aimed at facilitating the public with modern technology.
At the inauguration ceremony, PM Imran Khan stated here on Thursday that the nation should not worry about the price hike and the poverty. Pakistan is progressing rapidly and soon the nation will get rid of poverty and price hike.
He mentioned that “E-governance is necessary to curb corruption, which is rampant across the country at all levels. This initiative will ease the lives of citizens. Our government will put all out efforts to promote Digital Pakistan. The future of Pakistan is very exciting.”
The prime minister also lamented over the fact that the digital system in Pakistan should be launched earlier. This system is going to be quite helpful for the youth.
“I should have given attention to a Digital Pakistan earlier. This is the most important thing for Pakistan right now, especially its youth. The whole world is moving forward digitally and we have been left behind. But you all know, and must be tired of hearing it, but we had an unprecedented debt and all our attention was focused on stabilizing the economy and our currency,” he further added.
The prime minister also explained and encourage the women empowerment. He said that women of our country have the potential to stand by men and to uplift the standard of the country.
“Our women will be able to fully contribute. This is a very big opportunity. The endemic corruption, which started out at the top but their flight to foreign countries has now settled down in the lower tiers of society”.
