Shinwari Mutton Karahi Ingredients:
- 1kg Mutton with fats
- 4 Tomatoes
- 6 Green chilies
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Cumin seeds (crushed)
- 1 tbsp Black pepper (crushed)
- 1 cup Oil
- 2 & 1/2 tbsp Ginger garlic chopped
- Water as required
Directions to Cook:
In water boil tomatoes a bit and peel off their skin. Now cut them into four pieces. In a pan heat oil then add mutton, chopped ginger garlic and let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Add tomatoes in it and let it cook on low flame for 25 to 35 minutes. Keep checking the meat and when required add hot water in it. When meat gets tender add salt, crushed black pepper, crushed cumin seeds and cook it well.
Add green chilies and green coriander and your dish is ready to serve.
