Moreover, the spokesperson Christian Jones also shared that “The Duke and Duchess have asked that this tour allow them opportunities to meet as many Pakistanis as possible. Over the course of the visit, Their Royal Highnesses will meet a wide variety of people, including children and young people; leaders from government, business, and the charity sector; inspiring conservationists; and well-known cultural figures and sporting stars.”
During their official visit, matters regarding national security, women’s empowerment, and youth problems in the country will be discussed at length. The 5-day tour will be wrapping up on 18th October, Friday.
Apart from discussing these issues, the royal couple will also explore different regional areas of Pakistan, its culture and traditions. They will be entertained with true Pakistani hospitality from different sections of the country.
It is pertinent to note this is going to be the first royal visit to Pakistan after 13 years. The last visit was done by the Prince of Wales Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall Camilla. The royal couple visited Pakistan back in 2006.
