Sukkur: Nimrita Kumari’s mysterious death in her hostel room has been under the headlines for many days. People demanded justice for her as she was found dead under mysterious circumstances.
She was a BDS final year student of Assefa Medical and Dental College, Larkana. She was found dead on September 16, 2019. The police officials have termed it a suicide however, her brother protested against it. He himself is a doctor and found some marks on the neck of her sister.
However, according to the recent sources, the Judicial Commission has given its final verdict about the Nimrita Kumari case. It has concluded the case that she has committed suicide.

The court has conducted hearing of the witnesses from students, teachers, and staff of the Assefa Medical and Dental College, Larkana.
The court has also taken in notice all the police investigations, postmortem and DNA reports, forensic data of Nimrita’s cell phone and her laptop, suspects and other case-related evidence.
According to the judicial panel,
“Nimrita was under severe stress following the refusal of her marriage proposal by her friend. Owing to severe stress and dejection and frustration, Nimrita committed suicide.”
