Trump renews his mediation offer saying that ‘Pak-India tensions are less heated’ now

US President Donald Trump announced here on Monday that he is still ready to mediate over the Kashmir issue between Pakistan and India.

He renewed his mediation offer saying that the tensions between Pakistan and India are less heated than they were about two weeks before.

Donald on Mediation

While addressing the media at White House, he stated that “I am willing to help them (Pakistan, India) if they want. They know that. That (offer) is out there.”

He is referring to the offer of mediation.

He further declared that: “India and Pakistan are having a conflict over Kashmir as you know. I think (it) is a little bit less heated right now than (what) was two weeks ago.”

It is pertinent to note that the lockdown in the valley of Indian held Kashmir is still there. Nobody is getting the plight of poor Kashmiris. The international community is silenced while knowing each and everything.

However, Pakistan and its officials are still trying to resolve the issue simply by dialogue as war is not the solution. It would result in nothing hut only the destruction of both the regions.

People living in Indian Occupied Kashmir are deprived of basic life facilities. They have been cut off from the rest of the world. Basic Human Rights have been violated by the Indian troops that have been appointed in the valley by India’s ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) under Modi’s instructions.
