Zahid Ahmed is the recent addition into Saba Qamar and Syed Jibran starrer upcoming film “Zubaida Mard Ban”. Zahid Ahmed has a lot of hit drama serials to his credit including Besharam, Daldal, Visaal and Ishq Zahe Naseeb.
Zahid Ahmed confirms debut film opposite Saba Qamar
The actor has been receiving rave views for his recently concluded drama serial “Ishq Zahe Naseeb”. With his immense acting skills and brilliant performances, the actor has received ample appreciation from the fans.
Finally, the news about his debut film opposite the gorgeous Saba Qamar is making rounds on the internet. His fans are curious as well as eager to see him on the silver screen.
It is also pertinent to note that this is not the first project of the duo. They both have worked together in drama serial Besharam. Their fans have actually enjoyed their onscreen chemistry.
Zahid revealed some chunks
During an interview, Zahid revealed some chunks about the film. He shared,
“It’s a light hearted comedy perfect for family entertainment. Saba and my characters have similar chemistry as seen before in Besharam but are much more fun and enjoyable; worthy of cinema. I am very excited about my official debut on the silver screen and couldn’t be happier about it being with Saba.”
It is worth noticing as well that he was also rumored to appear in another film by Sohail Javed whose title is “Sorry – A Love Story”. In this film, he was supposed to work with Faysal Qureshi and Aamina Sheikh.
“Zubaida Mard Ban”
For now, the film “Zubaida Mard Ban” is directed by Saqib Khan while penned down by Mohsin Ali. It is produced under Hassan Zia and Jamil Baig.
Moreover, Zahid himself announced on his official Instagram handle about signing up the film and showing his excitement. He wrote,
“Yes, it’s true! Alhamdulilah, it’s a very exciting time for me. With the last film project being put on hold this will officially be my debut on the silver screen and I couldn’t be happier to share it with Saba Qamar Zaman who is undoubtedly one of the greatest artists, the country has ever produced.”
