The Bank of Khyber (BOK) is actively seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join as Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer (CEO), responsible for steering the overall strategic direction and management of the Bank in accordance with the directives of the Board of Directors. The role is pivotal in driving the Bank’s success and enhancing all facets of its operations to serve the interests of shareholders, customers, employees, and the wider community.
Qualification Requirements:
- Experience: Candidates should possess a minimum of 20 years of banking experience, with at least 5 years at a senior executive level such as Executive Vice President or higher in a Bank/DFI.
- Age: Applicants must fall within the age bracket of 45 to 62 years.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is mandatory. Preference will be given to candidates holding a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or Economics. Candidates with foreign credentials must furnish an equivalency certificate from HEC of Pakistan at the interview stage.
- Fit and Proper Criteria: Candidates must fulfill all the requirements outlined in the “Fit and Proper Criteria” by the Bank of Pakistan.
