Chery Pakistan Poised to Launch Electric and Hybrid Vehicles
Chery, a well-established automotive brand, is gearing up to unveil a series of new car models in Pakistan, according to revelations from Ryan Wang, the Brand Manager overseeing Chery’s Omoda and Jaecoo brands.
One of the anticipated releases is the Omoda E5, an electric car designed to make a significant impact on the Pakistani automobile market. With an impressive WLTP range of 430 kilometers, the Omoda E5 features a 61 kWh LFP battery, underscoring Chery’s dedication to environmentally conscious and sustainable transportation solutions.
In addition to the electric offering, the Jaecoo brand will present the J7, a versatile urban off-road crossover SUV catering to diverse driving needs. Propelled by a 1600 CC turbocharged engine, the J7 delivers an impressive 194 horsepower, ensuring a robust and dynamic driving experience. Chery also has plans to introduce a plug-in hybrid version of the J7 shortly, expanding consumer choices with hybrid technology options.
