“Minister Facilitates FBR Land Transfer to Private Buyer in Faisalabad”

Guardian Government Minister for Privatization Fawad Hassan Fawad, met Sohail Ilahi, Chief of Kiran Builders and Developers (Private) Limited,

and gave over to him the transformation deed of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) land arranged at Faisalabad in his office today.

The land estimating 15 Kanals land situated at Faisalabad was sold by the Privatization Commission,

in September 2020 on behalf of FBR (Customs Department), while the full installment was made in Feb 2021.

The exchange confronted lawful issues from the Public authority of Punjab and land couldn’t be moved to the fruitful purchaser.

Privatization Commission put forth tenacious attempts to determine the bottlenecks and acquire important NoCs from the Board of Revenue Punjab.

Because of the individual endeavors of the Minister for Privatization, the land was effectively transformed on September 20, 2023.

The purchaser offered his thanks to the Privatization Commission, especially to the Federal Minister and the Secretary, for their own endeavors.
